1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the veryph online gaming website accessible at veryph.app and all associated services, features, and content.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User on the veryph Platform.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the veryph Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game or event available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by veryph.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Winnings" refers to any amounts credited to a Player's account as a result of a successful Wager outcome.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the currency used for all transactions on the veryph Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the veryph Platform in any capacity – whether as a registered Player or as a visitor browsing the site – you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by the following additional policies, which are incorporated herein by reference:

• The veryph Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal data.
• The veryph Responsible Gaming Policy, which outlines the tools and resources available to Players who wish to manage their gaming activity.
• Any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform from time to time.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant promotional terms.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on veryph, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements;
• You do not already hold an existing registered account on the veryph Platform;
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the veryph Platform;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of veryph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

veryph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other official document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held in the account.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on veryph, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on veryph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. veryph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: veryph may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Updates: You must promptly notify veryph of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or account suspension.

veryph reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the veryph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made using supported payment methods, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. veryph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• veryph does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name.
• veryph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. veryph will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not been verified.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account held in your own name and, where possible, to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• veryph aims to process withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• veryph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may result in temporary delays.
• Any Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon a withdrawal request.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

veryph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and other conditions are specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of Bonus Funds and are kept separate from your Real Money Balance. Real Money Balance is used first when placing wagers, unless the applicable promotional terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method – will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in account suspension.
• veryph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to Players who have opted into the relevant promotion.
• Players who have opted into a self-exclusion or cooling-off period are not eligible to receive or use bonus offers during that period.
• veryph reserves the right to determine whether a Player qualifies for any particular bonus or promotion at its sole discretion.

7 Gameplay Rules

The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on the veryph Platform:

• All games available on veryph use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to determine outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform.
• It is your responsibility to ensure you understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, veryph reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account. veryph's decision in such matters is final.
• Wagers placed using Real Money Balance take precedence over Bonus Funds unless the applicable promotional terms specify otherwise.
• veryph reserves the right to void any wager that it reasonably believes was placed in error, as a result of a software malfunction, or in violation of these Terms.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that their internet connection is stable when participating in live dealer games or time-sensitive betting markets. veryph is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the Player's end.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the veryph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or veryph staff through any communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by veryph.

veryph reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including withholding funds pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

9 Responsible Gaming

veryph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all Players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of their gaming sessions. The Platform will notify you when your session limit is approaching.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of between one week and five years. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the veryph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of veryph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of veryph.
• The veryph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of veryph. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of veryph.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to veryph regarding the Platform may be used by veryph without any obligation to compensate you.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, veryph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of Real Money Balance held in your account at the time the claim arises.

veryph shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content on the Platform;
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond veryph's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude veryph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

veryph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• veryph implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

13 Amendments to These Terms

veryph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, veryph will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the veryph Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting veryph's support team with a written description of your complaint.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent veryph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
